30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original accessories, manuals, cables, and packaging.
- Show no signs of installation, misuse, or physical damage.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted unless covered under the product warranty.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed or used.
- Products damaged due to improper operation or unauthorized repair.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package immediately after delivery.
If you receive:
- a damaged product,
- a defective product,
- or the wrong item,
please contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos or videos of:
- the product,
- the shipping carton,
- the shipping label.
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Technical Support Before Return
Many equipment issues can be resolved through remote technical support.
Before approving a return, our technical team may provide troubleshooting assistance via email or video call.
If the issue can be resolved remotely, a return may not be necessary.
Return Shipping
If the return is caused by a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will arrange an appropriate solution.
If the return is requested for personal reasons, including change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or no longer needing the item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees.
Restocking Fee
For approved returns that are not related to product defects, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable restocking fee, if applicable, based on the condition of the returned product.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us first.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Warranty
Professional beauty equipment purchased from us includes a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Consumable accessories
- Damage caused by misuse
- Unauthorized modification
- Improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
